By accessing KedaiPabz Demo, creating an account, placing an order or using any feature provided through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies made available by KedaiPabz Demo.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform or submit an order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must not share your password or knowingly allow unauthorised access to your account.
• KedaiPabz Demo may restrict or suspend accounts where abuse, fraud, security risks or serious policy violations are detected.

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment, valid destination information and acceptance by the connected fulfilment system.

Submission of an order does not guarantee successful fulfilment. An order may remain pending while payment or external processing systems complete their checks.

Important: customers should not repeatedly submit duplicate orders while an existing order is still processing.

Customers must use a valid payment method offered during checkout. An order may only proceed after payment has been confirmed or authorised by the relevant payment system.

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.
• Applicable payment processing charges may be displayed before order confirmation.
• KedaiPabz Demo may reject or review payments that appear suspicious, duplicated or inconsistent.

KedaiPabz Demo primarily provides digital products and electronically fulfilled services. Delivery may include direct top-up fulfilment, digital codes, vouchers, subscriptions, licenses or other electronic products.

Delivery times vary by product and external processing availability. References to instant or automatic delivery describe the normal processing method and do not guarantee a specific completion time in every circumstance.

Game top-ups, gift cards and direct top-ups are issued a 6-digit Redeem PIN once payment is confirmed. Delivery starts when the PIN is redeemed.

• A PIN can only be redeemed while signed in to the KedaiPabz Demo account that paid for it.
• A PIN stays valid until it is used. Customers should redeem it promptly and keep it private.
• KedaiPabz Demo staff will never ask for a PIN, password or one-time code.

Gift codes are shown on the redemption result page and sent to the account email. Anyone holding a gift code can use it, so customers are responsible for keeping delivered codes safe.

Premium app accounts and social media marketing (SMM) services are sold on premium.demo.kedaipabz.xyz.

• Premium account details are shown only to the buyer on their order page. The usage notes, warranty and terms shown for each product apply in addition to these terms.
• SMM orders need a public link or username. KedaiPabz Demo never asks for social media passwords. The account or post must stay public while the order runs.
• Where an SMM order is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is returned to Wallet.

Digital orders may become irreversible once fulfilment has started or the product has been successfully delivered.

• Successfully delivered digital goods are generally not eligible for cancellation.
• Refund eligibility depends on the payment, fulfilment and final order status.
• When a paid order cannot be delivered, Wallet payments are returned to Wallet. For DuitNow QR or FPX payments, the customer may choose a Wallet credit or a bank transfer handled by KedaiPabz Demo.
• Failed or refunded transactions may require additional processing time before funds are returned to the relevant payment method or customer balance.
• KedaiPabz Demo may request supporting information before approving a refund or investigating an order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all User IDs, account IDs, zone IDs, server details, phone numbers, email addresses and other destination information are correct before submitting an order.

Orders delivered successfully to incorrect destination information supplied by the customer may not be recoverable, replaceable or refundable.

Wallet is an account-based balance feature provided for supported transactions within KedaiPabz Demo.

• Wallet balance may only be used where Wallet is offered as a supported payment method.
• Deposit verification may be required depending on the selected deposit method.
• Fraudulent deposits, altered receipts, chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account restrictions.
• Wallet transactions are recorded for account, payment and security purposes.

KedaiPabz Demo may provide points, reward tiers, coupons, promotional benefits or other customer incentives.

Reward eligibility, earning rates, redemption values, expiry periods, tier requirements and promotional conditions may change from time to time.

Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise and may be revoked where they were obtained through abuse, fraud, technical error or violation of programme conditions.

Membership plans (Basic, Plus and Elite) are bought with Wallet and stay on the account they were bought for. Their benefits, such as member pricing, points multipliers and support priority, are shown on the Membership page and may change.

Reward tiers are separate from membership. Tiers are based on recent qualifying spending and may require a minimum monthly spend to keep. Failed, cancelled or refunded orders do not count towards tiers or points.

KedaiPabz Demo relies on payment providers, external fulfilment systems, infrastructure providers and other third-party services. Temporary delays, maintenance or outages may affect certain products or features.

Public processing availability can be viewed on the Service Status page.

KedaiPabz Demo may update product availability, descriptions, quantities, prices, promotions and purchase limits without prior notice.

Where an obvious pricing, configuration or system error occurs, KedaiPabz Demo reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected transaction before fulfilment.

Customers must not misuse KedaiPabz Demo, interfere with the platform or attempt to obtain products, balance, rewards or services through fraudulent or unauthorised means.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods.
• Submitting falsified payment receipts or transaction evidence.
• Abusing rewards, coupons, referral mechanisms or account systems.
• Interfering with KedaiPabz Demo infrastructure, security or connected services.

Certain products, payments and fulfilment actions depend on third-party services. KedaiPabz Demo does not control every external system and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of those services.

Supplier identities, commercial arrangements, technical integrations and confidential service information are not required to be disclosed to customers.

KedaiPabz Demo may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect customers, investigate suspicious activity, enforce these terms or protect the platform from abuse.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KedaiPabz Demo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party outages, incorrect customer-supplied information, external service delays or events affecting internet and payment infrastructure.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

KedaiPabz Demo may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to products, platform features, operational requirements or applicable rules.
